Timesheet & Docket Tracker
Timesheets
Filling in our timesheet is easy here are a few key things to ensure:
- All times entered should be in 15-minute increments (ie. 09:30 not 09:25)
- Lunch breaks are subtracted from your total daily hours.
- Four-hour minimum: if you worked less than four hours onsite, enter four hours on your timesheet.
If you worked less than four hours offsite, enter the actual number of hours on your timesheet.
- Hours are added correctly.
- Both you and your supervisor have signed and dated your timesheet.
- Send an e-mail to time@creativeniche.ca to confirm receipt of your timesheet.
Dockets
If you have been asked to keep track of docket numbers/projects you work on for a particular assignment, the docket tracker is the perfect tool to help you.
Filling in our docket tracker is simple:
- Complete the Daily Detail section throughout the week, noting all projects/dockets you work on.
- At the end of the week, total the number of hours youve worked on each project/docket in the Weekly Totals section.
- Be sure to match the total hours with the grand total on your timesheet.
- Send them both in by the deadline of Monday at noon.
